Stone Arch Bridge Rehabilitation

In partnership with HDR, Willow Consulting provided communications and community engagement services during the rehabilitation of the Stone Arch Bridge in downtown Minneapolis.
The team developed and implemented a stakeholder engagement plan focused on keeping the public informed and highlighting the bridge’s historic significance through outreach to businesses, residents, neighborhood groups, and the broader public.
